Farmers keep cattle with TB.
So now we know. Tax payers are compensating farmers for culling healthy but poorly performing cows whilst the same farmers keep their TB infected high-yielding milk cows to make short-term gains and continue to pass TB to other cows. Let's kill some badgers though; now that country folk no longer duck women or burn witches.
