Gliding silently and pollution-free, this all electric car -- a Waverley manufactured in 1901: no cylinders and three horse power, motors serenely down the High Street of this old London to Brighton road.
It is driven by Mr Michael Rowley... or perhaps "steered boat-like with a rudder-like device".
