Paul's 11.3 miles walk from Chiddingly - with added Parasol mushrooms everywhere.

Heavy rain showers was the forecast for Gatwick for today. However, the sun shone on Chiddingly above in East Sussex as 12 Mid Sussex Ramblers set off. It was more than 2 hours later before we got our first rain drops.

The view back to Chiddingly church with the autumn-sown grain growing well.

This Spindle tree was a lovely sight as the lovely Sussex Ramblers walk by.

Parasol mushrooms were emerging in many places.

Not a Parasol!

This was a great walk with enough strong winds and rain to keep us cool and free from sunstroke. Many thanks Paul.
