Downland & Flint; Bernard's 9 miles walk from Rodmell

Bernard lead this walk from the Mid Sussex Rambers' programme from Rodmell, up Cricketing Bottom to Telscombe, Swanborough Hill and back to Rodmell.
Click on any picture to expand it.

Lunch was taken in the shelter of a barn with great views towards
Seaford Head and the Seven Sisters.

Fine views of Lewes Castle too.

Many thanks Bernard for a fine walk.
Click here for pictures of the same walk that Bernard lead in warmer weather a couple of years ago.
And here you can see the "yellow brick road" as it was when Tony lead us down the same road.
