Four bee species in my garden in Cuckfield, West Sussex yesterday

 Lavender is a great plant to attract bees.  Above looks like a Colletes sp. solitary bee.

 Red-tailed bumblebee.

Buff-tailed bumblebee

Honeybee, Apis mellifera.

What a joy to see these insects.
