Three goldfinches feasted on Cornflowers seeds in a flower bed early this morning.
What a delight to see and a good reason to be a little "untidy" with formal flower beds -- delaying removing flowers that have "gone over" and leaving cornflowers to go to seed for goldfinches, which feast on them.
